Can you fix really bad audio?
Depends on how bad. We can fix most noise, hum, and echo issues. If the original recording is severely clipped or distorted beyond repair, we'll tell you honestly upfront.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept WAV, MP3, AAC, AIFF, and video files (MP4, MOV, MKV). We extract the audio from video files automatically.
Do I send just the audio or the full video?
Either works. If you want the cleaned audio synced back to your video, send the video file. If you just need the audio files, send those.
Will the audio sound processed or artificial?
No. Our goal is transparent processing. The audio should sound like it was recorded well, not like it was heavily treated.
