2. Services Description

RaccoonReels provides professional video editing services, including but not limited to timeline editing, multicam workflows, audio mixing, color grading, graphics, and video optimization.

3. Payments and Billing

Specific pricing, payment terms, and schedules will be outlined in individualized quotes or contracts provided prior to the commencement of any project. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership rights to the raw footage and content you provide to us. Upon receipt of full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the final edited video deliverables.

5. Revisions and Feedback

Our standard editing packages include a specific number of revision rounds as defined in your contract. Additional revisions may incur extra charges. We require clear and consolidated feedback within the agreed-upon timeframe to ensure project deadlines are met.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall RaccoonReels or its personnel be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
